Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hotel Navya! By booking or staying at our hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation & Check-in

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM | Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking or check-in, as per the reservation policy.
  • Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to the first night’s stay.
  • No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.

3. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
  • Extra beds are available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.

4. Smoking & Pets

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

5. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
  • Hotel Navya is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables left unattended in the room.

6. Privacy

  • We value your privacy. All personal information collected during your stay is protected and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Force Majeure

  • Hotel Navya is not responsible for events outside of its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, which may affect your stay.
